Packaging plant for fat balls

Project:  Extension of a production plant for the manufacturing of fat balls in the southeast of Europe.

Together with the Hauschild company we have rebuilt and extended a plant for the manufacturing and packaging of fat balls. By installing a new cooling tunnel, a distribution system with 6 single feeding conveyors and new packaging machines we could optimize the production flow and increase the total plant output significantly.

Silo system

Project:  Set-up of a new production plant for fat balls in the far north of  Europe.

In co-operation with the Hauschild company we have planned, manufactured, delivered and set up a new production plant for the manufacturing of  90g fat balls. This includes the complete production and packaging lines, starting from the silo system, the fabrication of the fat ball mixture to the production of the fat balls, the cooling tunnel and the packaging machines for the net bags as well as the flow pack bags including the labeling and printing systems.

The complete plant has been planned and designed in a way, that the customer can double the production capacity simply by adding a fat ball press and 2 ultrasonic net sealing automats to his installation.

New in 2005:

We'd like to introduce to you the first photo of our new developed, fully automatic double clipping automat GKV 2205.

Actually this new high performance automat is 2 machines in one. Equipped with 2 stainless steel net tubes with a diameter of 200mm, this machine is a very fast clipper for the packaging of for example onions, citrus or potatoes in net bags.
But what makes this clipper special is the possibility, to convert the machine in a short period of time into a 'In Line' bagging machine. To achieve this the 200mm tube set is being removed completely with holding rings and support hardware, and is being replaced by a conversion kit with, for example, 110mm tubes. State-of-the-art electronics and the controlled continuously variable net draw-off system allows now, to pack tight in line bags (with f. e. 3 or 4 big onions) on the same machine.

The GKV 2205 gives us the opportunity to offer a net clipping automat to our customers, which has been unequaled in its versatility. More photos and technical details will be posted shortly on the Netclipper page.
