Gekupack^® has developed counting machines for different product applications. The feeding of the products is done by vibrating channels or, where use of vibration is impossible because of delicate products, by small conveyors or turn-table units. All machines are controlled by free-programmable PLC-units, the counting is done by photocells.

This machine has been designed especially for the counting of chocolate coins and other flat candy parts. The products are being fed by a conveyor out of the supply bin onto a speed adjustable turn-table unit. There the products are being brought in line very gentle to be prepared for the counting process. Counting is done by photocell.

This machine has been engineered for a customer, who wanted to pack bags with a mixed content of chocolate coins and spherical  items like chocolate eggs or balls. By combining 2 turn-table units and a unit with 3 vibration channels, Gekupack was able to meet the customers requirement.

Here in combination with a vertical form-fill-seal  machine.

The task, given by the customer, was:
count 25 fat balls in a plastic bucket,  and 50 pieces in a poly bag (both for the market in England). We have integrated our simplest counting controller in an ascending feeding conveyor, easy, cheap, efficient.
