The proven clipping head system of the Gekupack^® double clipping automates is in use for decades worldwide. Manufactured under the highest quality standards, its robustness, productivity and maintenance-friendliness have made it to the leading system for wire clip closures, which therefore is also being used in machines of different makes. The Gekupack^® net clippers are available in various executions for different product and package requirements. The following statements apply to all Gekupack double clipping automates:

• they are durable, user-friendly and built to last
• the electronic control is done by free-programmable PLC-units
• all commercially available net materials can be used
• the net clippers can be connected with counting / weighing machines of other makes without any problem

The product to be packed can be filled into the tube either manually or automatically, the operator triggers the clipping / separating cycle. Works with clipping wire 5 x 0,35 mm, coming from a reel. Machine driven by electrical gear motor.

Special execution for the packaging of candy like chocolate eggs, balls or chocolate coins into tubular net bags. This machine comes with a controlled net draw-off device for a uniform bag length and automatic change over from empty to loaded netting tube.

This fully automatic packaging plant has been custom engineered for Elite Industries / Israel. Special execution for the counting and packaging of chocolate coins into net bags. The top of the bags are being closed by a pressure sensitive adhesive paper label (flag style).

Special execution to pack products like garlic, oranges or onions in-line in a tight net bag. Equipped with automatic change over from empty to loaded netting tube and controlled net draw-off device to ensure a tight bag.

The core of every clipping machine with wire closure is the clipping head. It has been developed by the Wickerheim company, but in the meantime Gekupack^® is producing this head and is proud of offering its customers this thousandfold produced head in proven quality.
