This distribution bin is part of a plant for the packaging of fat balls. It's being used to spread the fat balls, which are coming out of the cooling tunnel, into the single supply units. The circular brush prevents the products of lying on top of each other when getting into the supply units.

This controlled buffer unit has been developed as a connection between the ultrasonic baggers and a horizontal flow pack machine in a complete plant for the packaging of fat balls. Equipped with sensors and its own free programmable PLC-unit it is capable to compensate a 15 min. outage of the flow pack machine (due to, for example, foil roll change or printer configuration) without stopping the total production. The named parameters apply to a plant with a capacity of 300 fat balls per minute.

One of our strength is the conceptual design and manufacturing of overall solutions for the handling and packaging of our customers goods. 
This includes just not only the manufacturing of the packaging machines itself, but also all necessary components and accessories for the supply of the products to the bagging machines and the discharge of the packed products out of  the machines to the subsequent processing and the secondary packaging respectively. In this connection we customize the conveyor systems optimal to the products and to the conception of the complete plant.

We offer a variety of different labeling systems for our bagging machines, for example for string labels, wineglass labels, self-sticking paper labels (flag style).
